I can only say just how professional the team that served me at the counter and who fix My van absolutely brilliant,, very clear verbal understanding afterwards of the problem and with some good advice,, it is a fair price with good service & the job done,, so happy days. WC on site to,, clean waiting room. The booking service is brilliant

Where do I start... There is so much RIGHT with this business and staff, I don't know where to begin! I called up for removal of some locking wheel nuts and a balance. Booked in next day. Flawless service. Incredibly competitive price to the point I thought it was a joke, yes, it really was that cheap! Beautiful waiting area complete with kids toys and TV, a grown-ups TV also, vending machines with beverages and chocolate. Plenty of seating, warm, comfortable and CLEAN! They removed my locking nuts with ease, pointed out some flaws in my tires that the MOT centre didn't pick up on for which I am highly thankful, and also found a severely bent rim. New tires already on order as an extremely competitive price; cheaper than blackcircles! They recommended a service up in Tewksbury for the rim repair, re-balanced all my rims properly to get rid of the shake - even from the bent rim!!! Flawless again! Here's my point, I came out of that place feeling like I had every possible element attended to and resolved. Recommendations, price, service, quality, speed—just everything. To feel like that as a customer in the current day is not only rare, but I would say borderline unheard of. Don't take my word for it - use these guys yourself and feel like I do. Absolutely 100% happy and satisfied with the 'above and beyond' service.

Plenty of parking and a competitive price on motorbike tyres. I did phone ahead and arranged a convenient time for them to be fitted. There was a constant stream of customers, and it could get busy but staff managed to cope. I would use next time for car tyres👍 …

Edited to add: Impressive service again from Chris and the team following a puncture 1200 miles into the new set of tyres. Fitted in an inspection and tyre swap (for a spare I had) at very short notice whilst ordering a new tyre which arrived and was fitted within two working days. Great Service. Very professional service, coupled with competitive pricing. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff. First visit based on family recommendation - I will certainly return!
